What does your fee cover?

The fee covers not only the session itself, but also the time spent on preparation, administration, and professional reflection to ensure you receive the highest standard of care.

It reflects my professional expertise and over 10 years of training and experience. I am fully insured, DBS checked, and committed to ongoing professional development, which I fund personally. 

This includes regular specialist training, monthly clinical supervision, and accredited membership with the British Association for Counselling Psychotherapy. 

All of this ensures that you receive a professional, ethical, and up-to-date service in a safe and supportive environment.
