I’m a psychological therapist with over ten years of experience working with clients across the lifespan, including those with complex and diverse needs. I offer one-to-one support for a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, and OCD. I also have experience supporting individuals who are neurodivergent.
In addition to common mental health concerns, I have specialist training in working with complex presentations, such as eating disorders like Anorexia and Bulimia.
One of the advantages of private therapy is the flexibility to tailor our work together. I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, depending on your goals and preferences. My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing on therapies that have been thoroughly researched and proven effective.
Alongside my clinical work, I deliver training for schools and foster care settings, both online and in person. These sessions cover topics such as problematic eating, eating disorders, self-harm, and managing anxiety and depression in young people. I am passionate about early intervention, psycho-education, and providing practical, preventative tools that address the real and evolving challenges young people face today. I work closely with parents, supporting them to make informed, safe, and meaningful changes at home.
